Description
COMPO Terrarium Substrate provides ideal conditions for medium to large lizards and other demanding reptiles. Its fine, loose structure encourages natural behaviour, allows comfortable burrowing and supports egg-laying. At the same time, the substrate helps regulate moisture, creating a stable microclimate within the terrarium.
Application:
- Loosen the substrate and spread a layer of at least 5–10 cm across the base of the terrarium
- Ensure animals are able to burrow completely
- Lightly mist with water if required to adjust humidity levels
- Replace soiled substrate regularly
- Wear gloves while handling and use as needed for the species
