Description
Exo Terra Coco Husk is a substrate for tropical terrariums which consists of chips of 100% natural coconut shells that are first broken up and then pressed. The substrate is sourced from organically grown and processed coconuts in plantations in tropical Asia. Coconut shells naturally absorb moisture like a sponge and store it in the fibres. This helps to regulate the humidity in terrariums. The eco-friendly substrate is safe for frogs, salamanders and other burrowing animals and stimulates their natural burrowing behaviour.
