Description
The substrate used in forest and rainforest terrariums must meet a number of specific requirements. TerraBark by JBL consists of pine bark and is guaranteed to be free from pesticides. It also helps regulate humidity levels in the terrarium and ensures a loose, natural substrate structure.
The substrate is available in three different grain sizes:
- S has a grain size of 2 to 10 mm
- M has a grain size of 10 to 20 mm
- L has a grain size of 20 to 30 mm
TerraBark is suitable for all tropical forest animals, particularly anoles, tree pythons, boa constrictors, Yemen chameleons, corn snakes, king snakes, king pythons, lobed chameleons, tree frogs, iguanas, poison dart frogs, tropical tortoises, tarantulas, monitor lizards and water dragons.
Each pack contains 20 L of substrate.
