Description
A special product for saltwater and freshwater aquariums to increase carbonate hardness. Promotes permanent nitrification and healthy coral growth.
Best used in conjunction with a wide range of Microbe Lift pH care products for perfect water values.
Dosage:
One level measuring spoon per 100 litres of water to increase the KH value by 2.5 dH.
(The ideal KH value in saltwater aquariums is 6-10 dH)
Tips:
- During nitrification, bacteria can break down harmful ammonium/ammonia only if the carbonate hardness is sufficiently high (at least 3 dH° in fresh water and 8 dH° in seawater).
- A sufficiently high carbonate hardness makes a lasting contribution to stabilising the pH value.
- Please check the water parameters regularly.
