Microbe-Lift Zeolite Fine 1.5-3 mm, 5 L

Zeopure is a premium zeolite with a clinoptilolite content of ca. 90% and can be used for effectively removing pollutants from saltwater and freshwater aquariums. Zeopure adsorbs ammonium before it is converted into nitrite and nitrate in the nitrification process. Nitrate levels are thus reduced in a safe and biological way. Existing pollutants such as phosphates are bound and removed via abrasion in the skimmer or filter floss. Zeopure is an ideal surface for beneficial bacteria to settle and is a food source too. Thus it makes a lasting contribution to the biological balance in the aquarium.

Dosage:

Use 100 ml per 100 litres of water for a period of 1 week Thereafter the dosage can be increased to 200 ml per 100 litres of water.

Our recommendation:

• Rinse Zeopure thoroughly under running tap water or reverse osmosis water to remove dust.
• Place Zeopure in a flowing current, in the filter or technical container. For easier handling, use the enclosed filter bag.
• Zeopure is ideal for use in a zeolite reactor, refer to the manufacturer's flow specifications.
• Shake daily to avoid build-up of sediment and debris.
