Description
The MI524-25 Total Chlorine Powder Reagent is a high quality reagent for use with the Milwaukee MW11 Total Chlorine Photometer. Both the reagent and the photometer use an adaptation of the DPD method. Add the reagent to the sample and wait for the reaction. The reaction between chlorine present in the sample and the reagent causes the sample to turn pink. The photometer then uses the colour to determine the concentration of chlorine. The reagent is suitable for use with samples with an expected range of 0.00 to 3.50 ppm (mg/L) of total chlorine.
