Description
This replacement UV-C bulb is designed for use in UV-C water clarifiers.
When pond or aquarium water takes on a greenish or cloudy white tint, it is often caused by the presence of microorganisms, algae, bacteria, or viruses. By using a UV-C clarifier, you can effectively reduce the germ count, as the UV-C light has a disinfecting effect on the water. This ensures that cloudiness vanishes quickly and unpleasant odours become a thing of the past. To maintain optimum performance, the UV-C bulb should be replaced at least once a year, as it eventually loses its luminosity and overall effectiveness.
Our expert, Oliver Knott, recommends:
Using a high-quality UV-C replacement bulb ensures clear, germ-free water, creating a healthy environment where your aquatic pets can truly thrive!
