With sera siporax Mini Professional, a high-performance biological filter was developed especially for smaller aquariums - up to 200 litres in volume. The filter media maximise the settling surface of the purification bacteria in a compact form. This means that even smaller filter units can use biological filtering. The result: Sustainably stable water values, reduced maintenance effort.

The specialty: sera siporax consists of sintered glass. This material has a special three-dimensional, fine pore structure, which maximizes the surface area - ideal colonisation area for useful bacteria! Since the bacteria are also permanently in the water, pollutants are broken down optimally. Plus: The substrate cleans itself thanks to the special pore structure, which increases the filter retention times - without additional maintenance.

Tip: To ensure special tasks such as algae prevention or targeted water treatment, the substrate can be combined with specialised bacteria.
