Description
The Repti Sun ® 10.0 Mini Compact Lamp provides desert and other sun-loving reptiles with a full spectrum light that emits 10% UVB and 30% UVA light. It has a special UVB-permeable quartz glass to ensure maximum UVB light transmission. UVB rays are needed for synthesising vitamin D3 and calcium metabolism while UVA rays promote natural behaviour, feeding and mating.
A separate ballast is not required as the bulb can be screwed into a standard threaded base.
Compatible with Mini Deep Dome Lamp Fixture and Naturalistic Terrarium Hood by Zoo Med.
Tip: You can attach the lamp both vertically and horizontally. This flexibility ensures better lighting conditions.
