Description
Robust construction meets practical design: the CLASSIC LT aquarium covers are made from durable injection-moulded material and designed for freshwater aquariums. As well as providing natural-looking illumination, the cover helps reduce water evaporation and heat loss, prevents fish from jumping out and still allows easy access to the aquarium.
The modern RETROFIT LED lighting modules are built into the cover and provide bright, daylight-like illumination. The higher light output and natural colour temperature help plants, fish and décor appear vivid and true to life. Compared with conventional fluorescent lamps, the system uses around 50% less electricity and offers a considerably longer service life.
A hinge-free Smart Open System allows quick access for feeding and maintenance. Condensation is collected in channels and directed back into the aquarium. Pre-cut grooves make it possible to fit hang-on and canister filters, and covers modified in this way retain the manufacturer’s warranty.
