This filter medium cartridge contains porous ceramic material and provides effective biological filtration: Thanks to the large pores, useful bacteria quickly settle to combat life-threatening nitrate accumulations - not only does the water become crystal clear, but the water quality and thus the well-being of all aquarium inhabitants increases. Ready to use for all MULTIKANI filters, this cartridge supports both freshwater and marine ecosystems. This filter medium is particularly recommended by the manufacturer for tanks with large fish.
The cartridge should be screwed tightly to the MULTIKANI filter. For optimal results, please plan the PRO BioCeraMAX 600 cartridge BEHIND the mechanical and BEFORE the chemical filter cartridges.
