Description
The AQUAEL STANDARD filter sponges for the TURBO filter consist of carefully selected, phenol-free sponges. They ensure efficient mechanical filtration of the water by collecting impurities and suspended matter that are visible to the naked eye. At the same time, they form a substrate for the growth of nitrifying bacteria for biological filtration.
Cartridges should be replaced regularly for optimal performance. Maintenance should only be carried out in the "old" water that was drained from the aquarium during the water change.
