Description
The PHOSMAX Pro sponge cartridges for AQUAEL filters are made from carefully selected, phosphate-saturated sponge. The cartridge efficiently absorbs phosphates from the water. It is also completely harmless to aquarium fish and invertebrates, as well as to plants.
It selectively does not absorb beneficial compounds such as micronutrients and vitamins from the water. There are no toxic substances released into the water. Over time, it gradually becomes depleted. To maintain continuity, it is recommended to replace it at least every four weeks.
