Description
Proserpinaca palustris is a stem plant with light green or red leaves depending on the light conditions. It has a moderate to fast growth habit but requires a good supply of nutrients with adequate CO₂. In strong light, this American beauty develops magnificent hues of copper and red. The leaf shape is distinctive - the comb-shaped leaves are a refreshing change to other aquatic plants. It looks best as a solo planting in the middle and background. Also works well in group plantings.

Note: The plants are grown in-vitro in sterile conditions in a laboratory. They are therefore also suitable for sensitive animals such as dwarf shrimps and can be used immediately. In-vitro plants do not harbour pests such as snails or parasites. No pesticides are used.
