Description
The Bio-Foam + is a mechanical/biological filter medium and was specially designed for the powerful Fluval 106/107/207/306/307/4067407 external filters. The large porous surface promotes vigorous growth of (nitrifying) beneficial bacteria. It effectively catches small particles of dirt and debris; especially those that weren't caught by the first level of foam filtration. Specially designed for the filters of the FX series. A precise fit to increase filter efficiency.
