JBL TerraBasis 5 L

Snakes, frogs, spiders, tortoises, etc. kept in rainforest terrariums (moist and semi-moist terrariums) need special soil as it has to meet specific requirements. High-quality TerraBasis by JBL meets these requirements:

• TerraBasis has excellent moisture capacity
• It contains no fertiliser additives or harmful ingredients - ideal for actively digging animals
• TerraBasis ensures a loose soil, the structure is fine-grained and soft
• TerraBasis creates a natural environment appropriate for rainforest dwellers

It is easy to use: Cover the floor of the terrarium with a layer thick enough for the respective animal species.

Note from the manufacturer: If you want to add living plants to your terrarium, place them in pots and keep them that way. Plant fertiliser should be added to the pots only - no fertiliser should be used outside.

TerraBasis is suitable for the following species: tiger/ball pythons, corn and ground snakes, king snakes, water dragons, necked porcupines, anoles, green iguanas, garter snakes, tortoises, tree frogs, toads, poison dart frogs, newts, tarantulas, pandinus, day geckos, chameleons, small tortoises.
