These activated-carbon filter foams are designed for the Tetra INX 50 internal filter. The foam is coated with activated carbon across its surface to provide even contact with the aquarium water.
The filter media can help remove dissolved organic substances, discolouration, odours and residues of aquarium medication from freshwater aquariums. Tetra recommends replacing the media once a month.
